Khloé Kardashian reunited with ex-husband Lamar Odom for the first time in nearly a decade during the season six premiere of The Kardashians, which aired on Thursday (February 6).
According to E!News, the Good American founder referred to the reunion as "empty" during a confessional that succeeded Odom calling her his "wife."
"I don’t have a lot of emotions for this meeting. I have dealt with so much trauma in this relationship. For years, this was such the love of my life that to learn how to un-love someone, to have to go through all that, it's almost like a death. So, him calling me his wife, words are empty. I don’t know this person anymore."
She continued, citing the experience as familiar yet "uncharted."
"This is so familiar and so unchartered all at the same time. It's just a mindf***."
The former pair's divorce was finalized in 2016; the same year Odom suffered a drug overdose in Las Vegas, and Kardashian kicked him out of their house. Odom also commented on the reunion, admitting that he put his former spouse through a lot.
"I took you through a lot. I love you for trying your hardest with me. That love, I don't think it'll ever go away. I know it won't."
