Joe Jonas wants you to know that even he gets ghosted too sometimes.
On his TikTok account, Jonas shared a screenshot of a text message he had sent Timothée Chalamet, at almost one o'clock in the morning from a friend's phone a year ago. He wrote, "Miss you," alongside a photo of himself smiling. Joe explained of the screenshot, writing, "Last December I sent Timothee Chalamet a text from my friends phone anticipating a response."
On the next slide, Joe shared an updated selfie with this message: "This December he still hasn't texted back. Hope this helps!"
But, Jonas is not giving up hope as he is still optimistic that Chalamet will respond to his text message as he captioned his TikTok, "Check back with you guys next December for an update." One fan even commented, "He's just thinking of a good response, it'll come soon enough," to which Joe replied, "Good things can wait."
The ball is in your court, Timothée!
You can't blame Chalamet as he has been very busy! Fans will be able to see him transformed into Bob Dylan in upcoming film, A Complete Unknown, which follows the music legend's rise to fame from a 19-year-old Minnesota musician to having his songs top the charts, and the road he took to get there, culminating at 1965's Newport Folk Festival. In addition to Chalamet, the film also features Elle Fanning, Edward Norton and Monica Barbaro.
